According to news agency ANI, the drone-hit vessel docked at the Indira Port sometime after 3 pm today. The news agency says that the officials have planned to transfer the ship’s cargo to another merchant vessel. Led by the Indian Coast Guard, a joint probe in underway.

According to a PTI report, the ship, transporting crude oil from the Al Jubail port in Saudi Arabia to the New Mangalore port, suffered a drone strike approximately 217 nautical miles from Porbandar. In response to the incident, the Navy dispatched the stealth guided-missile destroyer INS Mormugao to the site of the drone strike on Saturday. Officials have indicated that the warship is currently engaged in scrutinizing various aspects of the attack.
