As part of Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sharma’s commitment to generating employment, the vacancies aim to bolster the education sector.

Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sharma affirmed the government’s pledge, stating, “Today, our government has announced advertisements for over 10,000 vacancies in the Education Department. We are committed to creating more than 1 lakh government jobs, ensuring transparency in the process.”
Echoing the sentiment, the Education Minister confirmed the release of advertisements for 3,800 Assistant Teacher positions in LP Schools and 1,750 Assistant Teacher, Science Teacher, and Hindi Teacher positions in UP Schools, further emphasizing the government’s dedication to boosting employment opportunities for Assam’s youth.
